To approve the grant of the lease of Units 20 and 21 Slyfield
Enterprise Estate, Moorfield Road to A.S.L Limited in line with the
following terms and conditions:
For grant of a new lease the rent will be £25,000 (increased
from £24,000) per annum and exclusive of business rates and
service charge.
The agreed term is 3 years.
The rent will be payable monthly in advance.
The security deposit will remain the same at £5,750
The tenant will be put on a Tenancy at Will in case the new lease
does not complete in time.
