To approve the grant of the lease of Units 10
and 11 Slyfield Enterprise Estate, Moorfield Road to Surrey
Logistics t/a Pack and Send Guildford Ltd in line with the
following terms and conditions:

For grant of a new lease the rent will be £15,500 (increased
from £15,000) per annum and exclusive of business rates and
service charge.

The agreed term is 3 years.

The rent will be payable monthly in advance.

The security deposit will remain the same at £4,350.

The tenant will be put on a Tenancy at Will in case the new lease
does not complete in time.
