Guildford Borough Council in its capacity as
the Landowner (GBC) submitted a planning application under Planning
Number 20/P/02173 to Guildford Borough Council in its capacity as
the Local Planning Authority (the Council).

It is intended that GBC will carry out the Works in order to bring
the SANG Land up to SANG standard and to make available the said
land as SANG for use by the public.

It is intended that GBC will make the BNG Land available and will
allocate the BNG Land for the purposes of BNG.
