To approve the grant of a lease of the first-floor offices within
Unit 2 The Billings to Avenuebio Consulting Ltd. on the following
terms:

Term: 5 Years
Rent: £46,125 p.a.
Break Option: Tenant-Only Break after 3 years
Rent Free Period: First 2 months plus next 3 months at 50%
rent
Deposit: £13,837.50
Repairs: Full Repairing and Insuring (subject to schedule of
condition)
