To approve the grant of the occupational
licence of for part of the main pavilion at Sutherland Memorial
Park to The Trustees of Burpham Bowling Club to locate a storage
unit.

The fee will be £75 per annum subject to review every 5 years
in line with CPI upwards only.

the licence period will run co terminus to the main lease dated
26th /Oct 2020.
