Approval to enter into a contract with Main
Contractor.

The Works are key to the WUV programme and will:

? Provide Enabling Works and Infrastructure to Service Development
Plots in Phase 2, including the enabling and builders work for the
UKPN Primary Substation.
? Expend infrastructure Grant monies from the HIF within the
current extended Grant expenditure window (to end March
2025).

The works can be summarised as follows:

• Design and installation of infrastructure to site and
developer plots –
• site clearance,
• Ground remediation works,
• New drainage infrastructure,
• Formation of primary roads, and
• Installation of services infrastructure and tails.
