Decision:
To note
the final
outturn position and to endorse the decisions taken under delegated
authority to transfer the amounts set out in the report from the
Medium-Term Financial Plan reserve.
Reasons:

1.       
To note the final outturn position and delegated
decisions taken by the Chief Financial Officer which will be
included in the statutory accounts.

2.       
To facilitate the ongoing financial management of
the Council.
