Through a competitive tender undertaken using
the GBC InTend portal with support from GBC’s procurement
specialists, DWF were appointed. As the fee could not be fixed due
to the complexity of the workstreams, it was capped for the initial
phase 1.
The Council are seeking approval for continuation of works and the
associated fee for 24 months (phase 2) from 1 June 2025 to 31 May
2027,

Reasons for the decision

To enable the Council to continue working with
DWF on legal matters associated with the WUV Programme.
