The Council’s tenant Stark Building
Material UK Limited trading as Jewsons Limited of the above
property have requested that they be given licence to allow the
sub-underletting of the property.

Jewson Limited hold the headlease for the property under a lease
dated 03/02/1989. Jewsons tenant, Grafton Group (UK) PLC who hold a
lease of the whole; wish to sublet the whole of the property to
Vines Limited for a term of 20 years via an excluded lease.

The Council cannot unreasonably withhold or delay consent for such
sub-underletting.
