To approve the grant of a new lease of unit 7
Midleton Enterprise Park to Novus BH Magister Ltd. on the following
terms:
Demised Premises: Unit 7 Midleton Enterprise Park
Term: 5 Years
Rent: £12,000 p.a. (payable quarterly in advance)
Break Option: Tenant-Only break after 3 years
Repairing Obligations: Tenant to repair and maintain the internal
elements of demised premises, and pay a fair contribution towards
the costs of external repairs and maintenance, and the running of
the Industrial Estate.
Reasons for the decision
Approval of these terms is recommended in
order to secure this tenancy and benefit from the rental income to
fund the Council’s activities.
