We have recently concluded the procurement of
Guildford Housings Cyclical Works contract, which covers the
redecoration and pre painting repairs for the councils housing
stock over a 5 year programme.

The tender process was completed with the full support of
procurement to ensure that all our issues around compliance have
been met. The contract operates on a SOR with each property having
its own distinct value, meaning that a basket of indicative works
was used to create a nominal annual value for the purpose of the
evaluation process, and to provide an indicative value for the
contract over its term.

CLC Contractors Limited were found to offer the most competitive
tender and the decision is required to enter into formal contract
with CLC Contractors Limited for a 5 year term
