To include a clause in the Deed of Easement
dated 3rd March 2025 between the Council and the London Camera
Exchange Limited that the Grantee is to be responsible for 50% of
the cost of any maintenance to the Council’s wall carried out
by the Council, if necessary.
To change the name of the Grantees to London Camera Exchange
Holdings Limited.
Each party to bear their own costs.
