To enter in to a contract with IKEN for
provision of a cloud based case management system.

Reasons for the decision

To provide a resilient case management system
to enable an efficient and effective legal service and support the
delegation of the function of legal services to Waverley Borough
Council from 1 July 2025. The decision has been taken in
consideration of LGR.

Alternative options considered

Alternative case management systems have been
considered but these would not be aligned with other authorities
when considering LGR.
Current arrangements contact continue given the delegation of the
function to Waverley Borough Council.
