To approve the disposal at less than best
consideration of the land and buildings known as Ripley Public
Toilets, Ripley, Surrey in line with the following terms and
conditions:

The Council has assessed and considered the terms of a disposal for
less than best consideration and the ‘undervalue’ in
accordance with the 1972 Act General Disposal Consent (England)
2003 and concluded a disposal will secure the improvement of the
economic, social and environmental wellbeing of the area

The disposal is to be of the freehold interest at nil
consideration.

A valuation has established the undervalue to be
£20,000.

The Parish Council have agreed to maintain and keep the toilet
provision open for local residents.

A restriction will be placed on the title to prevent future
development and ensure the facility remains a public
convenience.
