To approve the reviewed rent of the above
property leased to Wey Valley Indoor Bowls Association
Limited.
In accordance with terms of the lease, the annual passing rent of
£12,000 has been reviewed as at 25.5.25 and it is proposed to
increase it to £12,276.40.
The rent review is based on changes in the RPI Index over the
period since the last rent review.
A memorandum will be endorsed on the lease recording this
review.
