Purpose

The Main Contractor was appointed under NEC4
Professional Services Contract in February 2023 to develop the
Design for the Enabling and Main Works Contracts for Phase 02
Onsite Infrastructure. During the Professional Services Contract
the Contractor has worked closely with our consultant team and the
utilities service provider to develop the scope for the enabling
works. The enabling works will facilitate the installation of new
Primary Sub Station Power Supply to the North of the site feeding
the new development.
