Purpose
To approve the grant of the lease of C1-C2 41
Moorfield Road, Slyfield Industrial Estate, GU1 1RU to Care
Catering Limited in line with the following terms and
conditions:
For grant of a new lease the rent will be £33,615 pa.
The agreed term is 5 years with tenant only break after 3rd year,
subject to a break penalty equivalent to 3 months' rent.
The rent will be payable quarterly in advance.

owned land and property held in the General Fund
