following terms:

Term: 5 Years
Rent: £31,000 p.a. + VAT (payable quarterly in advance)
Rent Free: 3 Months
Breaks: None
Reviews: None
Deposit: 3 Months rent + notional VAT
Guarantor: Company Director Joseph Stanzl

This decision is made in accordance with the Council’s
General Disposal Consent powers. This letting provides the best
consideration reasonably obtainable.
