To approve the grant of the contracted-out
lease of land for use as a play area adjacent to Kingston Meadow
Pavilion on Land part of Kingston Meadows Grounds to The Meadows
Nursery School (East Horsley) Ltd in line with the following terms
and conditions:

The lease will be co-terminus with the 5-year term of the agreement
between East Horsley Village Hall and The Meadows Nursery School
(East Horsley) Ltd for the use of the hall as a nursery
school.

The lease will be subject to a mutual mid-term rolling break on
giving 6 months’ previous written notice.

For the grant of a new lease the rent will be £210 per annum
(compared with a rent of £150 per annum payable under the
expired 5-year lease from 03/01/2018).

The rent will be payable annually in advance, without review.

The Meadows Nursery School (East Horsley) Ltd. will pay the
Council’s legal and surveyor’s fees.
