COMMENTS ON PROCUREMENT AND AWARD
DECISION:
GBC and Stantec are currently party to a contract entered into
under the ESPO Framework. A number of additional services/elements
as the Project has progressed have been identified which are not
covered in the existing scope of services. In order to progress the
Environment, Ecological and Civil Engineering services across the
Weyside Urban Village Project an interim contract is required to
cover those elements. These elements are considered as necessary to
maintain the programme.
The services cover the following sub-projects:
• Phases 1-6 (incl. New Depot)
• SANG
• Common Land
• Off-site Highways
• Allotments
• General Site Wide Services
