The Council has received a request from British Telecommunications
plc to grant a Wayleave over area of land at the above site to
facilitate underground duct and 1 jointing chamber, wooden pole and
all associated fixtures and fittings. The works are in line with
the relocation of a telegraph pole.

In consideration of the Wayleave the Licensee have agreed to pay
£579.93 plus our costs, this provides the ‘best
consideration reasonably obtainable’
