To approve the ASB & Hate Crime

Decision:
To
approve the Community Harm and Anti-social Behaviour Policy as set
out in Appendix 1 to this report.
Reason(s):
To
assist the Council in meeting its obligations under the Crime and
Disorder Act 1998 and the Anti-Social Behaviour Act 2003, and to
provide a coordinated corporate approach to managing and addressing
ASB within the Council’s administrative area.

Not to approve the Policy.
