To approve the reviewed Licence fee of the
above property leased to Inchcape Estates Ltd.
In accordance with clause 5 of the licence, the annual passing
rent/licence fee has been reviewed.
An independent valuer was appointed to conduct the Licence fee
review.
A memorandum will be endorsed on the licence recording this
review.
