Following the expiry of their lease Investec
agreed a cash settlement for the dilapidations at 4 The
Billings.

This dilapidations sum has been negotiated by ProMission,
specialist dilapidations surveyors acting on behalf of the Council.
The sum has been invoiced and funds received by the Council.

Investec have therefore provided a Deed of Release for the Council
to sign to release them from any further liability in this matter.
This delegated authority authorises the decision to sign this Deed
and complete this dilapidations matter.
