To approve the grant of a new lease of unit 17
Midleton Enterprise Park to Bailey Plumbing and Heating (UK) Ltd on
the following terms:

Demised Premises: Unit 17 Midleton Enterprise Park
Term: 5 Years
Rent: £15,500 p.a. (payable quarterly in advance)
Break Option: Tenant-Only break after 3 years
Repairing Obligations: Tenant to repair and maintain the internal
elements of demised premises, and pay a fair contribution towards
the costs of external repairs and maintenance, and the running of
the Industrial Estate.
