The contract with our print mail supplier has
expired, as is the procurement framework.

The Council has resolved to conduct a Community Governance Review
in a prescribed manner using approved Terms of Reference that will
be dispatched in hard copy to each household in the urban
unparished area of Guildford.

To conduct this statutory duty, the cost of print mail is expected
to be c.£25,000

Reasons for the decision

To meet a statutory duty to conduct a
Community Governance Review, starting in August 2025 in the manner
approved by Council.

Alternative options considered

The print mail supplier is experienced in
providing like services to the Council and supplied the best of
three quotes.
