To enter into a contract with a supplier to
provide support and development to the Salesforce platform.

The contract is for a period of 5 years (with a break claus if
required) and has an indicative value of £1 million. However
this is a call off contract with no commitment of spend by the
council as part of this contract.

Reasons for the decision

Previous development and support arrangements
were due for renewal and this contract is to ensure delivery of
requirements.

Supplier will be determined through full tender process.
