To approve the fee review of the above land
held under licence dated 25th February 2020.

In accordance with the lease, the annual passing rent of £96
has been reviewed and it is proposed to increase it to £109.
This increase has been calculated with reference to the increase in
the retail price index over a 1 year period.

A memorandum will be endorsed on the lease recording this
review.
