To allow legal services to review and sign the
access agreement to the Pretium framework which is to be used as a
route to market for existing and future contracts let by the
Council (in accordance with GBC/WBC CPRs 16 (a) (b) (c).

Reasons for the decision

GBC currently use a supplier named Shellen to
supply and install Fire Doors throughout the GBC estate. There is a
future requirement to order more fire doors in accordance with the
decision taken be the Executive Committee on 17 July 2025 and Full
Council 29 July 2025.

None.
