To approve the fee review of the above garden
land held under licence dated 30th January 1995.

In accordance with the lease, the annual passing rent of £300
has been reviewed and it is proposed to increase it to £391.
This increase has been calculated with reference to the increase in
the retail price index over the 5 year period.

A memorandum will be endorsed on the lease recording this
review.
