To enter into a highways agreement under
Section 278 of the Highways Act 1980, with Surrey County Council
together with relevant landowners and developers. This agreement
relates to those highway works which fall within or adjacent to the
public highway and are part of the new road bridge works forming
part of the Ash Road Bridge Scheme.
