Approve the award of Housing Stock Condition
Survey to Supplier MLCS3 Limited for a period of three years at a
total contract value of £323,615 (three hundred and twenty
three thousand and six hundred and fifteen pounds).

Reasons for the decision

The Stock Condition Survey contract is
required to enable Guildford Council to understand remedial works
that may be required on all its housing stock.

Alternative options considered

Do nothing – this option was dismissed
as this would have a financial impact on the Council.
