To approve the reviewed rent of the above property leased to
Chambers Runfold plc.

In accordance with the second schedule of the lease, the annual
passing rent of £34,000pa has been reviewed as at 10/12/22
and it is proposed to increase it to £41,500pa.

After a period of negotiation, our appointed Consultant has
recommended resolution at this level.

A memorandum will be endorsed on the lease recording this
review.
