To fund a 11 unit supported housing scheme for
young families until 31 March 2026. Cost £42,347 funded by
Homelessness Prevention Grant.

Reasons for the decision

To prevent homelessness and rough sleeping as
set out in the Homelessness Prevention and Rough sleeping strategy
2 April 2025 in particular Priority 3 Provide complete support to
people who are homeless and dealing with challenging personal
issues.
To reduce reliance on B&B and temporary accommodation.
To delivering flexible, intensive support for a short period of
time to prepare clients to move on in the most suitable way for
them.
