To remove expired charge to title of
property.
On 4 November 1987 the Council sold some shops known as 115 -121
(odds) Aldershot Road Guildford Surrey GU2 8BE. The transfer
contained a covenant that if within 25 years from the date of the
conveyance planning permission was granted for the development of
the property the owners would pay to the Council a sum equivalent
to 25% of the enhanced value of the property. This was noted on the
title to the property as a charge.
As the 25 year period has now expired the owners have requested
that the Council remove the charge.

Reasons for the decision
