assignment EWS have requested that they be given licence to allow
the subletting of the lease expiring 25/5/2070 to a group company,
Electrical Wholesale Supplies (Guildford) Ltd.
The lease does not permit the Council to unreasonably withhold or
delay consent.

Alternative options considered

The decision meets the policy requirements for
the Council and there were no alternative options available. The
