Councillor Tom Hunt declared a
conflict of interests in respect of the following items of business
on the agenda:

Item 6 – Councillor Hunt was a director of
Guildford Borough Council Holdings Limited

·     
Items 8 and 9 – Councillor Hunt was a director
of the Guildford Sportsground Management Committee.
 
Councillor Hunt withdrew from
the meeting during consideration of the above-mentioned items of
business.
