The Council’s tenant of the above
property has requested that they be given licence to allow them to
carry out the following alterations at the above property.
To erect a 9ft 10inch x 19ft 9inch metal shed, to be fixed to the
tarmac using Asphalt Anchors (M10 x 100mm ) x10 and epoxy resin at
a distance of 10 foot gap between the shed and the main
premises.
The Council cannot unreasonably withhold or delay consent for such
alterations.
