To approve the grant of a contracted-out lease
of Unit 11 Midleton Enterprise Park to Sugar Rush Treats LTD in
line with the following terms and conditions:
Rent: £13,725 pax payable monthly in advance.
Term: 5 years
Break option: Tenant only break on the 3rd anniversary of the term
subject to 6 months notice.
Security deposit: Equivalent to 5 months rent plus VAT will be
provide by the tenant.
