To approve the grant of the lease of Unit 2
Foundation Units, Westfield Road, Slyfield to David Hill t/a DMH
Mechanical in line with the following terms and conditions:
For grant of a new lease the rent will be £9,000 per annum
plus VAT and exclusive of service charge and business rates.
The agreed term is 3 years with a landlord only break option giving
six months’ notice at any time after six months.
The rent will be payable monthly in advance.
