The Council’s tenant of the above
property has requested that they be given licence to allow them to
carry out the following alterations at the above property.
1.To erect timber stud walls 2.4mtr high to form an office with a
door at the rear of the building. This structure will have no
ceiling.
2.To erect a timber stud wall 2.4mtr high and timber framework to
form a serving counter at the front of the building.
3.To erect timber stud walls 2.4mtr high with a door to from a
lobby to the disabled toilet. This structure will have no
ceiling.
4.Adapt existing ring circuits for new socket outlet positions.
Install 2no. new 20amp supplies for ovens.
5.Extend hot, cold and waste pipework in disabled toilet to new
sink positions.
6.All equipment, appliances and tables will be free standing and
are not fixed to the structure.
7.To coat the floor with 1) Penetrating Polyurethane Concrete
Dustproofer / Floor Primer
