To allow legal services to review and sign the
access agreement to the Healthtrust Europe framework which is to be
used as a route to market for existing and future contracts let by
the Council (in accordance with GBC/WBC CPRs 16 (a) (b) (c).

Reasons for the decision

GBC have a requirement to purchase an amount
of laptops, in order to replace current stock that is servicing its
members and officers, which have reached the end of their product
life cycle. There will be a future requirement to update current
working stock when they will also reach their product life cycle
end.
