To approve the grant of the lease of Pavillion
Two, Shalford Park, Shalford Road, Guildford, Surrey to
Tillingbourne Valley Sports Association in line with the following
terms and conditions:
For grant of a new lease the rent will be £600 per annum,
plus £200 contribution to water bills.
The agreed term is 5 years.
The rent will be payable yearly in advance.
