The Council’s tenant of the above
property, ACM Commercial Ltd are in administration and have
requested that they be given licence to allow the assignment of
Unit 1 The Billings to a new ACM company, ACM Guildford Ltd.
A 3 month rent deposit has been agreed, as have monthly rent
payments to protect the Council’s financial position going
forward.

The decision meets the policy requirements for
the Council and there were no alternative options available
