The Council’s long lease tenant of the
above property, British Overseas Bank Nominees Ltd and WGTC
Nominees Limited has requested that they be given licence to allow
the subletting of the ground floor shop premises to Post Wheels 1
(Lease-Co) Limited who trade as Evans Cycles.
Evans are already in occupation so this is a renewal of their
sublease for a further 5 years.
The lease does not permit the Council to unreasonably withhold or
delay consent.

In accordance with good estate management
