GBC have received a quote from Thames Water
(quote DS6104233 ‘Offer B’ - £118,950), for
essential utility installation works at the new Depot, as part of
the Weyside Urban Village Programme.
The works are for Thames Water to excavate and lay all pipework for
the mains supply to the new GBC Depot at Westfield Road, Slyfield,
Guildford.
Approval is requested for the quote costs to allow the new
installation works to progress.

Reasons for the decision

To enable progression of the New GBC Depot
project.

None, Thames Water are the utility provider
for this site.
