The contract with our print mail supplier is
expired, as is the procurement framework.
The Council has resolved to conduct a stage 2 Community Governance
Review (CGR) public and stakeholder consultation in a prescribed
manner presenting proposals in a colour silk booklet design in hard
copy to each household in the urban area of Guildford.
To deliver the Council's decision and to conduct this statutory
duty, the cost of print mail is expected to be c.£31,000, and
the contract has been awarded to CFH (Documail) Ltd.

Reasons for the decision

To meet a statutory duty to conduct a CGR by
way of a stage 2 public consultation starting in January 2026 in
the manner directed by Council. Approval of final materials
delegated to the Chief Executive.

Alternative options considered

None - The print mail supplier (CFH (Documail)
Ltd) is experienced in providing like services to the Council and
supplied the best of three quotes.
