For contract renewal of the Verto Programme
and Project Management System.
The cost of the contract is up to £20K per year for 2 years
with the option of an additional year's extension.

Reasons for the decision

The renewal of the contract is necessary for
the continued operation and use of the Verto Programme and Project
Management System. This is a critical system for managing our high
value change projects and programmes.
To oversee, monitor and report the health of the portfolio of
programmes and projects for strategic decision making.

Alternative options considered

The Council is satisfied with the incumbent
solution and market analysis has shown no alternative solutions
that will bring additional value.
