To approve the grant of the lease of Unit 14
Enterprise Estate, Moorfield Road, Slyfield Industrial Estate to
Mayford Conservatories and Windows Ltd In line with the following
terms and conditions:
For grant of a new lease the rent will be £8,500 per annum
plus VAT and exclusive of service charge and business rates.
The rent deposit will remain the same at £2,250.
The agreed term is 3 years with a landlord only break option giving
six months’ notice at any time after six months.
The rent will be payable monthly in advance.
