The purpose of this procurement exercise is to
renew the hardware for the tills (x2) at The Hive with our current
provider as well as to set up a three year contract for
maintenance, that supports the operational, compliance and service
delivery requirements for the Activities Hub and Community Cafe
services at The Hive.
It was determined that a 3+1 contract considered most suitable.
Contract value breakdown:
Year 1: £1,265.00 + VAT
Year 2: £1,265.00 + VAT
Year 3: £1,265.00 + VAT
One-off hardware cost: £2,780.00 + VAT.

Reasons for the decision

A direct award has been recommended as this
supplier has been used for a number of years, and is specific to
the services offered in Community Services.
